Four runs in the final two innings were enough for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies as they beat the Altoona Curve 7-5. The two teams were tied at 5 when Binghamton’s Quinn Brodey hit an RBI double and Will Toffey hit a solo home run to put the Rumble Ponies ahead for good.
The two teams will play a double-header today. Both games will be seven inning games and game 1 starts at 4:30. Game two will be the scheduled promotional night when the Curve will become the Allegheny Yinzers for game two.
