No injuries were reported in a Thursday morning crash in White Township. State police say that 57-year-old Scott Perry was driving his car North on Wayne Avenue around 7:33 AM when the car failed to go through a left hand curve in the road cleanly. He lost control, went off the roadway and into an embankment, causing the car to overturn. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
State police have charged a Kittanning man with drug-related crimes after a traffic stop earlier this month. Troopers say they pulled over 49-year-old Bradley Bish on West Pike Road near the intersection with Ben Franklin Road and as a result of the traffic stop, police seized cocaine, narcotic pills, heroin and related paraphernalia. Bish was also found to be DUI at the time as well.
State police have charged a white township man with violating a PFA order. The identities of those involved were not released, but police say on Saturday, June 8th, the suspect, a 20-year-old White Township man sent a text to the victim, a 21-year-old White Township woman threatening her with her life.
