State Police announced that they have charged a Tennessee man with theft after he stole a TV set from the White Township Walmart.
Troopers say that the theft happened on June 3rd around 9:20 PM. That’s when Travis Dawn Clark of Knoxville went into the Walmart on Oakland Avenue and took a TV out without paying for it. Total value of what was stolen was $218. A few days after the theft, state police released a picture of the suspect taken from Walmart security and the suspect was later identified as Clark.
Clark was charged on Monday with one count of misdemeanor retail theft. He is now awaiting his preliminary hearing.
