As the Pittsburgh Penguins spend another summer celebrating in their Stanley Cup win, an announcement comes that later this year, the Pens will return to the S&T Bank Arena for a clinic for youth hockey players.
Sidney Crosby’s “Little Penguins” Learn to Play Hockey program will return to the S&T Bank Arena Fridays starting October 6th and going to December 15th. There is a cost of $140 for the ten week sessions, but included in the program is free hockey gear including helmet, pads, skates, jersey, hockey stick and a gear bag from the Penguins and hockey supplier CCM. Participants in the program must be at least 4 years old by September 1st and no older than 9 before December 31st. If you participated in the program last year, you can’t participate again.
