State police in Punxsutawney are investigating an apparent attempt at racial intimidation in northern Indiana County.
Police say that on May 27th, a Rossiter man discovered that someone had spray painted the letters “KKK” on his mailbox. It happened at an address along Church Road in Canoe Township, and is being investigated as a criminal mischief case.
