Charges have been dropped against a Black Lick man who had been accused of assaulting a woman, and subsequently threatening her if she testified against him.
State police charged 41-year-old Kevin Wadding with simple assault and harassment on May 25th for an incident the day before, and then he was charged again on June 2nd with terroristic threats and harassment.
The charges in both cases were withdrawn on Wednesday.
