Clymer Borough Council Members heard from some concerned citizens about some teen vandalism in the borough.
The acts range from knocking over stone sculptures to breaking decorative gates, with the vandalism happening after curfew. Council President Louis Tate said that they have been made aware of what’s going on.

Part of that effort will come from the Clymer Borough Police Department, who announced a new Part-Time Hire by Mayor Christina King. Hunter Scherf will be the new part time officer for the borough going back to June 3rd.
The board also approved a raise for all part-time police officers to $15.00 an hour.
