There are two Plea Court proceedings in Indiana County Court today.
In one of them, 21-year-old Tyler Hess of Indiana will plead to charges of hunting while under the influence of a controlled substance and having a loaded firearm in his vehicle. Related marijuana and paraphernalia possession charges were disposed of at Magisterial District Court. The charges were filed in March for an incident on December 26th.
38-year-old Michael Scott Moore of Marshall, Texas will plead to charges of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident last November.
There is also a motions hearing scheduled before Judge Thomas Bianco. 34-year-old Richard James Mis of Cleveland, Ohio has asked the court to suppress the evidence in a DUI case from a traffic stop on December 1st of last year. Mis had applied for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition but was denied because of a prior criminal record in New York state.
