A property dispute has led to charges against a Northern Cambria man who has been having issues with West Wheatfield Township.
State police say 36-year-old Chad Stiffey has been contending with the township over a property line and the township’s roadway agreement on Penrose Hollow Road. State police out of the Somerset barracks have been investigating the dispute, which is dated between March 13th and June 2nd. Stiffey has been charged with obstructing highways and other public passages.
