Today marks the return of a 5K that will help benefit an organization committed to helping low-income individuals become self-sufficient.
The Diamond 5k, sponsored by Diamond Drugs, will step off at Blue Spruce Park later this morning and will send runners and walkers on a tour of the park area. Also as part of the fundraising efforts, as there will be a basket raffle and different food and drinks will also be on offer. There will also be games, music and for everyone. All the money raised will go ICCAP
