The Pennsylvania Department of State is working with state officials on all levels in advance of Election Day.
Deputy Secretary for Elections Jonathan Marks says his agency, individual counties and municipalities are prepared for the upcoming election. Marks did offer a piece of advice for prospective voters, which is have a plan.
Marks adds that polling places will be staffed with poll workers, which he thanks for their service and the deadline for candidates to withdraw from the ballot is Monday.
