Theft charges have been filed against two Seward residents for an incident in October in Burrell Township.
State police say 41-year-old Brenda Lee Postgate, a worker at the Accent Quik Mart, concealed an unspecified number of cigarette cartons in grocery bags and 31-year-old James Jay Silvola then took them out of the store without paying for them.
