Several graduates of the Indiana County Camp Cadet program were awarded scholarship funds during an outdoor ceremony at the Troop A barracks yesterday.

Nine graduates of the Indiana County Camp Cadet program were each awarded $500 scholarships to continue their education paths. Those recipients are:
- Hanna Alamo – Class of 2014
- Elijah Empfield – Class of 2019
- Amanda Iandiorio – Class of 2014
- Lily Palfrey – Class of 2018
- Madison Prenni – Class of 2017
- Stella Siwula – Class of 2018
- Bethany Smith – Class of 2019
- Faith Smith – Class of 2018
- Korbin Wilson – Class of 2018
The Indiana County Camp Cadet Graduate Scholarship was created as a way for state police to give back to the community and to carry on the mission of Indiana County Camp Cadet. It is intended to assist recipients who seek a career in the law enforcement and/or community service-related fields; however all applicants were able to apply.
Applicants must also plan on attending a college, trade, or technical school to complete a post-secondary degree.
