Earlier this week, IUP Athletics recently announced that the women’s basketball team will head to Duke this year in exhibition play.
IUP traditionally faces Division I opponents in preseason exhibitions, including Villanova and Dayton a year ago. The Crimson Hawks also faced other DI schools, such as PITT and Ohio State.
Duke went 17-13 last season and made it to the second round of the ACC Championship tournament.
Tip-off is set for November 5th at 1 p.m.
