UPDATE: James Lewis Elliott was located and found to be safe on Monday.
Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana are searching for James Lewis Elliott, 30 years of age. He was last seen in the area of SR 259, near the Ghost Town Trail and last known to be a wearing a gray T-Shirt with red basketball shorts. The PSP report did not state where he is from or provide a photo.
