Betty Ann Rodkey, 72, of Penn Run, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at her home.
A daughter of the late Wayne James and Anna Catherine McCoy Wilson, she was born Nov. 10, 1946, in Indiana.
Mrs. Rodkey was a graduate of Indiana High School and a homemaker. She was a member of the Historical and Genealogical Society of Indiana County. Mrs. Rodkey enjoyed researching genealogy, doing crafts, gardening, stamp collecting, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Kenneth J. Rodkey, of Penn Run; four children: Penny Ann Fisher and husband Nick, of Clymer; Denise L. Cooley and husband Cavit, of Browns Mills, NJ; Brian M. Rodkey and wife Amanda, of Akron, OH; and Jason M. Rodkey and wife Bethany, of Verona; a brother, Rick Wilson; eight sisters: Pat Eiselman, Nancy Boyer, Catherine Claycomb, Judy Henry, Roberta Wilson, Debra Messer, Karen Lohr and Vickie Ross; three grandchildren: Elizabeth, Justin and Christopher; three great-grandchildren: Adrian, Abagail and Lucas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth J. Rodkey, Jr.; two brothers: James Wilson and Roger Lee Wilson.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with Pastor Jack Lucas officiating. Interment will be in Cookport Methodist Cemetery.
