On Monday, the Indiana Area School Board will hold a special session, and several items concerning the Ben Franklin Elementary School Project will be on the agenda.
The special meeting will be held after the building, grounds and transportation committee meeting, on Monday at 7:30. On the agenda will be the passage of PlanCon Part F application. The board will also approve authorizing architects McKissick Associates to set student capacity at 897 students for the proposed Ben Franklin School as a condition of the land development plan. Also, the board is set to move on authorizing McKissick Associates to solicit bids for an advance bid package for site work only at the school, and a motion for the district administration to be authorized to solicit proposals for a construction trailer for the project site.
Outside of the Ben Franklin project, the board also has on the agenda accepting bids for renovations to the digital media production facilities at Indiana Senior High and paving bids for the Senior High.
