Today is expected to be another busy day at the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas with many plea and sentencing hearings on the docket. One of those sentencing hearings is for a man who pleaded guilty to charges related to child pornography.
38-year-old Patrick Brennan of Saltsburg pleaded guilty on March 25th of 10 counts each of disseminating photo or film of child sex acts and child pornography. An additional 14 counts of each charge along with one count of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted. The incidents go back to February 13th of 2021.
Also on the court schedule today is a plea court hearing for Nicholas Horning, who faces charges of robbery-immediate threat of bodily injury, simple assault and terroristic threats for an incident on January 8th of 2022.
A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for Hannah Lyn Schultz, a 21-year-old from Saltsburg. She is charged with DUI-controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children, two counts of reckless endangerment, drug paraphernalia possession and summary driving counts for an incident on January 4th of 2022.
