One day after a busy court schedule including several Plea Court appearances, there is just one case on the agenda in Indiana County Court today.
22-year-old Riley Douglas Stapleton of Indiana will plead to a single count of false imprisonment, stemming from an incident at a home on Washington Street in Indiana Borough in June of 2017.
The case is being prosecuted by the State Attorney General’s office, on referral by Indiana County District Attorney Pat Dougherty, who cited a conflict of interest for his recusal.
