Final approval of the site plans for the proposed new Ben Franklin Elementary School remains tabled at the White Township Planning Commission.
At last night’s commission meeting, Assistant Township Manager Chris Anderson said the township received an email from the district requesting that approval on the site plan be held off until a meeting can be held to address the issues that PennDOT has with the traffic study of Ben Franklin Road. No word yet on when that meeting will be held.
In other business, a final minor subdivision on North Ben Franklin Road was denied as it did not pass the sewer inspections, and a parking lot expansion for the Indiana Regional Medical Center’s Call Center was approved pending an investigation into the existing storm water basin.
