Mary E. Dalpra, 90, of Indiana, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at AristaCare at Hillsdale Park in Hillsdale.
A daughter of the late Ross and Rose Sciotto Corio, she was born July 16, 1928, in Indiana.
Mrs. Dalpra was a graduate of Indiana High School and a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church. Prior to her retirement, she was as administrative assistant at McCreary Tire and Rubber and then at The Reschini Group. Mrs. Dalpra enjoyed her ladies bowling leagues, golfing, line dancing, Indiana Ballroom dancing with her late husband, and traveling to see her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons: James P. Dalpra, Jr., and wife Restina, of Waukesha, WI; and Bruce A. Dalpra and wife Pat, of Palm Bay, FL; five grandchildren: Adam, Sean and Lisa Dalpra; and Jason and Jimmy Dalpra; four great-grandchildren: Kellen, Aidan, Brooke and Cameron; numerous nieces and nephews and a special caregiver, Mike Sable, of Alverda.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Dalpra; and a brother, Bruce Corio.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., Indiana. A funeral mass will then be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Bernard Mausoleum.
