State police say two people have been charged with harassment after a dispute in northern Indiana County last Tuesday. It happened at a location along Bonner Road in Rossiter. A 60-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both listed as victim and perpetrator, are facing charges. An 18-year-old young man is also listed as a victim.
