A Downtown Indiana sandwich shop may be closing its doors because they don’t have a franchisee to operate it.
The Pita Pit at the corner of 8th and Philadelphia Streets have been working without a proper franchisee for a while and they have been told that if they do not find a franchisee soon, they will close their doors for good on Thursday, April 25th, 2019, or sooner if their stock depletes before then. The location has been a part of the downtown scene for the past several years, and is a popular hangout with college students, as they’ve been open late nights on weekends.
In a sign posted on their front door, the employees are asking that if you are interested in franchising the location or if you know someone who may be interested, ask for further details at the restaurant itself.
