Clymer head coach Duke Detwiler said his team never gave up despite falling behind early in the game.
Detwiler adds that it was the team’s defensive efforts that helped them win.
Clymer was led offensively by Braylon Griffin and Zack Mattis, who each collected five RBIs with Griffin collecting three off a bases-clearing triple in the fifth. Gavin Hudak went 1-for-2 with four walks and four runs, while Graham Mahaffey added four walks and three runs.
For Indiana, Vance Cessna went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a pair of singles, while Oliver Ferraro collected three RBIs.
