The Pirates played most of their starters for the whole game yesterday in a 3-1 win over Detroit, and got another solid pitching outing. Steven Brault went three-and-two-thirds shutout innings, followed by Felipe Vazquez, Keone Kela, and Francisco Liriano, who also put up zeroes. Rookie Davis allowed a run in the 9th. Adam Frazier, Corey Dickerson, and Josh Bell each had two hits.
The Bucs will travel to Fort Myers to take on the Twins, with Joe Musgrove getting the start this afternoon. Right-handers Nick Burdi, Michael Feliz, Clay Holmes and Brandon Maurer are also scheduled to pitch for Pittsburgh today.
