The Steelers have signed free agent wide receiver Donte Moncrief to a two-year contract. Moncrief played for Jacksonville last year, where he had 48 catches on 89 targets, 668 yards and two touchdowns. The third-round pick out of Ole Miss spent his first four seasons with the Colts, and had a career high in catches in 2015 with 65. Pittsburgh also extended punter Jordan Berry with a two-year deal.
The Steelers also re-signed wide receiver Eli Rogers, who missed all but the final three games last year with a knee injury. They lost linebacker L.J. Fort, who signed with the Eagles.
