Chalk up another arrest from the state police “Five Most Wanted” fugitive list this month.
33-year-old Lamar Virgil Clemons of Indiana was taken into custody at a home in Indiana County last Saturday, and he is facing new charges related to a methamphetamine operation.
Clemons was arraigned before District Judge Susanne Steffee on charges of possession with intent to deliver; deposits, storage, and disposal of chemical waste; and possession of a controlled substance. All three offenses are felony grade. He was ordered held at the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond for the original fugitive charges and another $100,000 for the meth charges.
Police say they will be issuing a separate release on the meth lab.
Of the suspects on this month’s fugitive list, Clemons and Adam Russell Harris of Coral are now in custody. Ryan Lowman of Cherry Tree, Kevin Dillie of Bentleyville, and Dakar Jones of Monroeville remain at large.
