With the first day of school on August 22nd, heat was one of the concerns of starting too early. Heat concerns were one of the reasons both Tamara Leeper and Doug Steve voted against the proposed calendar.
The board also approved last night an agreement with Student Transportation of America, Inc for transportation services from July 1st of 2019 to June 30th, 2024. The board also approved Literacy Graduate Assistants from IUP for the next school year.
