Police have not yet released the name of the motorcyclist killed yesterday in a collision with another vehicle in Armstrong County. Another victim was flown from the scene.
It happened on Route 56 at the intersection of Balsiger Road in Kiski Township at about 1:12 PM. That location is southwest of Apollo. Route 56 was closed for about four hours after the accident for accident reconstruction.
Kiski Township Police handled the investigation with the aid of state police and the Armstrong County District Attorney’s office and the county coroner.
