Once again, a person named to the State Police’s “Five Most Wanted” list has turned themselves in to authorities within 24 hours of the list being released.
State police announced yesterday that Adam Russell Harris of Coral turned himself into police. Harris was wanted for a 2017 charge of felony conspiracy to drug delivery for an incident in Indiana. Harris was arraigned on charges of conspiracy-manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and conspiracy-possession charges in front of District Judge Susanne Steffee and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
The others on the list remain at large at this time. They are:
- 33-year-old Lamar Clemons of Indiana, who is wanted for a 2018 felony drug delivery incident in Indiana.
- 29-year-old Ryan Michael Lowman of Cherry Tree, who is wanted for a 2018 felony rape in Pleasant Township, Warren County.
- 41-year-old George Dillie of Benetleyvile, PA who is wanted for a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Indiana,PA
- 46-year-old Dakar Allan Jones of Monoreville, who is wanted for felony charges of vehicle robbery.
Police advise everyone that if you see these four, do not try to apprehend yourselves, but rather call police at 724-357-1960.
