A road closure will take effect in Washington Township starting today.
In a Facebook post, Senator Joe Pittman announced that approximately one mile of Redding Run Road in Washington Township will be closed for paving starting today and running through tomorrow, July 1st.
The closure will be from the end of Five Points Road to Heilman Road and it will complete phase III of the Mulitmodal Transportation Fund Grant Project, which awarded more than $2.3 million in grant money to fund local projects back in April 2021.
