James S. Solo, 81, Homer City formerly of Coral died Friday at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Steve and Katherine (Blehar) Solo and was born September 6, 1937 in Coral, PA James was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish and a United States Army Veteran. He was a great golfer and enjoyed time playing with his friends. James was employed by Robert Shaw.
He is survived by William E. Solo, Homer City; Edward J. Solo and wife Mary Lou, Coral; He is also survived by his nieces, Jennifer Solo, Indiana and Sarah Solo, Homer City and her daughter Maddie and nephew, Steve Solo and wife Kim, Ligonier and their daughter, Scarlett.
The C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
