Indiana borough police have charged a Scottdale woman with underage drinking and driving under the influence.
Police say that on February 17th, they stopped a car operated by 19-year-old Olivia Lynn Hammond for a summary traffic violation, when they found her intoxicated. She was charged in a criminal complaint with district judge Guy Haberl with DUI, Underage Drinking and related traffic offenses.
