Coach Pat Narduzzi added a pair of three-star offensivel line recruits on Sunday.
Colin Van Rooy of Strongsville, OH., announced his commitment via Twitter yesterday around 3 p.m. The 6-foot-5, 300 pound guard participated in Pitt’s prospect camp two weeks ago. He’s not said which position on the offensive line he’ll play at.
Also committing was three-star offensive lineman Ryan Carretta from St. Charles Prep in Columbus, OH., who also announced his commitment in a tweet. Carretta had offers from Michigan, Michigan State and Louisville among others, and was ranked as the 23rd-ranked recruit from Ohio by 247Sports.
Both add size and speed to Narduzzi’s 2023 freshman class.
