In high school wrestling, Indiana’s David McElravy won the WPIAL Triple-A Section 3 wrestling title at 182 pounds, and teammates Dylan McAnulty and A.J. Ryan also advanced to the individual tournament next week at the Southwest Regional with second-place finishes. Also qualifying for the regional next week are Brock Petras, Bradley Petras, and Tanner Smith.
Blairsville’s Garrett Henigan and Marion Center’s Marvin Beatty made the field for the start of next week’s state Double-A tournament with their performances at regionals yesterday at the KCAC.
