State police say a Cherry Tree man was cited for harassment last week after he got aggressive with his ex-girlfriend during a custody exchange in Westover Borough in Clearfield County.
Police were summoned by the 24-year-old victim, whom they met at a store down the street from where the incident occurred shortly before 6 PM on February 11th. The woman told them that the 34-year-old suspect started arguing with her and he hit her arms as he reached through the window of her vehicle, trying to grab her keys from the ignition and turn off the vehicle. He was screaming at her in front of their three small children.
Police have no identified either the suspect or the victim.
