Indiana borough council met for their regular meeting last night and discussed the multi-modal corridor that would run through the borough.
It was announced that the project will be completed by June 30th, making the Hoodlebug’s northern terminus point the borough parking lot on Eighth street, making it one block away from Philadelphia Street. Peter Broad, borough council president, said that the public will be able to take a look at the bike path plans.

When that meeting will take place is not exactly known, but it may be as soon as next month.
In other business, the borough formally announced that the elevator at the community center is back in operation. It had been under repairs for several months, but it passed its safety checks last week, making it operational for the library, once it reopens, and the Jimmy Stewart Museum, which will remain open while the library is closed.
