PIAA District 6 announced Tuesday afternoon that all District 6 basketball games scheduled for Wednesday have been postponed to Thursday.
District 6 2A girls’ quarterfinals Bishop Guilfoyle at Blairsville and Homer-Center at Penns Manor, both originally on Wednesday, are two of the games affected. Those games can be heard on Cat Country 106.3 FM and WCCS AM 1160 and 101.1 FM, respectively, on Thursday with 6:45 pm air times.
In other action, with the exception of Obama Academy vs Portage Area, all Thursday games will be moved to Friday and all Friday games will be moved to Saturday.
The 4A Championships will be moved to Hollidaysburg Area HS on Saturday, February 23rd. Girls will tip off at 1:00 and boys will tip off at 2:30.
