Evgeni Malkin scored two of the Pens’ three goals in the third period and they held on for a 6-5 win over the Rangers yesterday in Pittsburgh.
Kris Letang also netted two goals and Sidney Crosby added three assists.
The Penguins are in action at New Jersey Tuesday night.
