PLUMVILLE
A Kittanning woman is accused of harassment for allegedly trying to pull a scam on a Plumville woman. State police were summoned last night after the 29-year-old victim reported that she was getting multiple phone calls, text messages, and voicemails from 42-year-old Brook Damon Brautigam, who claimed that the victim had nit her car and owed her damages. Police say there is no evidence the victim’s vehicle was involved in a crash of any sort, and Brautigam was attempting to make her pay out-of-pocket. Harassment charges are pending.
