Leanetta Marie “Lea” (Barkley) Wigfield, 75, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at her home.
The daughter of Robert P. Barkley, Sr. and Martha (Spires) Barkley, she was born August 7, 1943 in Fort Monroe, VA.
Lea graduated from Derry Area High School, Class of 1963.
She enjoyed going camping, making afghans and spending time with her dogs.
Surviving is her husband of 49 years, Robert L. Wigfield whom she married August 29, 1969.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert P. Barkley, Jr.
There will be no visitation. A private funeral service will be held at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA with Lori Parks officiating.
Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
