In Indiana County Court today, Judge Michael T. Clark will conduct Plea Court for a theft suspect while also holding a probation revocation hearing for a 2019 case involving the same man.
36-year-old Jacob Shane Penrose of Clarksburg will plead to charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property in a case from last October. Penrose served consecutive terms of four-to-twelve months for retail theft and fleeing police in the 2019 case and was serving two years of probation upon his release when he was charged last year in the vehicle case, prompting today’s revocation hearing.
Also in court today, Judge Clark will hold Plea Court for 26-year-old Ciara Cole of Washington, PA, who is charged with eight misdemeanor drug possession counts and seven summary vehicle code violations.
29-year-old Thomas Anderson of Ford City will be sentenced for a guilty plea to aggravated assault, dated in June of last year.
And 55-year-old Sheri Lynn Hess of Seward is due in court to withdraw two guilty pleas in a driving under the influence case from September of 2020.
