State police in Indiana report two incidents of harassment that occurred on Thursday.
The first incident occurred shortly after 9:40 p.m. in Creekside Borough, where troopers were dispatched to 90 Arch Lane for reports of an argument amongst neighbors that turned physical. They say the argument was between 43-year-old Jodie Johnson, 38-year-old Brett Mallory, 49-year-old Shawn Lyman and an unnamed 13-year-old girl. All were cited for harassment and/or disorderly conduct, according to state police.
The second incident occurred just before 11 p.m. where state police were dispatched to Cherry Tree Road in Montgomery Township for an incident between a 31-year-old man from Penn Run and a 53-year-old woman from Cherry Tree, both of whom were unnamed. Troopers say that the man slapped the arm of the woman, and when police arrived, discovered that the man had warrants out for probation violations.
He was subsequently arrested following the incident.
