BURRELL TOWNSHIP
A Penn Run man told police he fell asleep at the wheel before crashing yesterday afternoon in Burrell Township. A vehicle driven by Jesse Orr, for whom no age is given, rear-ended a vehicle operated by Grant McIntire of Blairsville, who was stopped on Route 22 to make a left turn onto Villa Road. No one was injured in the collision.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say a burglar stole a 55-inch plasma TV, a Playstation 3 and a Playstation 4 from a mobile home located along Independence Lane in White Township. It happened between 10 o’clock Saturday night and 1:30 Sunday morning. Police say the front door of the trailer was forced open. The victim is a 23-year-old man.
