CENTER TOWNSHIP
State Police have charged a Brackenridge woman with violating a protection from abuse order. State Police say 42-year-old Christine Kane sent a letter to 41-year-old Michael Sprague of Homer City, but Sprague had filed for and received a PFA order forbidding her to contact him in anyway. The letter was deemed as contact, which violated the order through the Indiana County Courts. Charges were filed through District Judge Susanne Steffee’s office.
