Tomorrow is one of the biggest days in racing sports with three major events on the schedule. First, Formula-1’s Grand Prix of Monaco will get underway at 9:00 AM Sunday. Qualifying will be held today on the track that makes its way through the city itself.
Around mid-day, the IndyCar series will hold the Indianapolis 500 mile race. Scott Dixon is the pole sitter for that one. Speaking of the Indy 500, Colton Herta was cleared for racing after crashing during practice on Friday. His #26 car went airborne after crashing hard into the wall. Herta is ok, but he’ll have to use a backup car for the race Sunday.
On top of that, NASCAR will hold its longest race of the season, the Coca Cola 600 at Charlotte Motorspeedway. Kyle Busch will start on pole for the race, with Joey Logano joining him on the front row.
