One of the victims of the two shootings remains in critical condition this morning after a second surgery on Sunday.
Reports say that Samantha Riley underwent a second surgery on Sunday connected with injuries she suffered in a shooting on Oakland Avenue early Saturday morning. The other victim in that shooting, Carlos Recalde, died in the shooting, and police say that Riley was a bystander in this incident. She was taken to Conemaugh Hospital for treatment. Matthew McNevin was charged with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, two counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment along with other crimes connected with the shooting. McNevin remains in Indiana County Jail without bail.
