Cambria County Drug Task Force members arrested a man and woman from Clymer on Wednesday after they sold fentanyl patches and morphine to an undercover informant in Northern Cambria.
Cambria County detectives filed two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, single felony counts of conspiracy to the same offense and criminal use of a communication facility, and two misdemeanor counts of possession against both 35-year-old Alvin Keith Jr. and 28-year-old Jessica Scott, who both live along Hillside Drive in Cherryhill Township.
The drugs buy was set up after the informant agreed to buy the drugs and was provided $240 in recorded money. An undercover officer drove the informant to the agreed-upon location, where the buy took place. Scott and Keith then drove to a Sheetz along Route 219, where they were arrested. Keith had the $240 on him when they were taken into custody.
The two suspects are being held at the Cambria County Prison after being unable to post ten percent of $30,000 bond.
