RAYNE TOWNSHIP
State Police say a woman from Home Station was charged with careless driving after an incident on Wednesday on Route 119 near Wolfe Road in Rayne Township. Marianne Coffman was driving her pickup truck south on 119 when she realized that she should be in four-wheel drive due to the snow and ice covered roads. As she put the truck into four-wheel drive, she lost control and spun out, crossed into the northbound lane and went into the front yard of Ervin Deborah. The truck eventually hit a tree in the front yard.
