No one was hurt in a one-vehicle crash in North Mahoning Township. State police from the Punxsutawney Barracks say 43-year-old Michael Moses of Nanty-Glo was driving North on Route 119 just West of Behm road when the vehicle hit a deer. The vehicle was disabled and required towing. Moses was wearing his seatbelt at the time.
PSP-KITTANNING
A Kittanning man faces charges connected with Meghan’s Law requirements. State Police from the Kittaning barracks say 61-year-old Steven Fox was charged after an investigation by the State Police Criminal Investigations Unit performed a PA Sex Offenders Compliance Check on Sex Offenders that are required to do check ins under Meghan’s Law. Fox was found to be non-compliant with his required registration. A warrant is now out for his arrest.
